The Chupadera Ranch ranges from rugged mountains and canyons to just flat rolling country. The land has many Juniper and Pinion trees over most of the ranch. The grasses are mainly grama, galleta, blue steam, sacaton and many other species.
The ranch has one strong well at the headquarters that is piped all over the ranch. There is a pipeline system that feeds storage tanks and drinkers on the ranch.

The ranch is also in the Whitesands Missile Range fly over where the receive $12,000 annually to vacate the ranch when the range is in use which is not often, but extra income is always good.
