The Maroon Cliffs Ranch is a large operating cattle ranch totaling over 30 sections. Located 15 miles east of Carlsbad, NM, in Eddy County. This mostly Bureau of Land Management ranch is within the Maroon Cliffs and is allotted to run 208 head year long. Offering 256 deeded acres and approximately 16,245 acres BLM and 3,120 Acres of New Mexico State Lease. Maroon Cliffs Ranch has two large pastures and small traps around the pens. Seven rainwater dirt stock tanks, fresh water pond, and ranch is watered by fresh water by pipeline. This ranch does not have a residence.
