Located north of Trementina, New Mexico, 60 miles east of Las Vegas on Hwy 104. It’s a nice quiet drive up the Arroyo Hondo valley to the Ranch. The Arroyo Hondo is private valley with only one neighbor having an easement.

The ranch has loamy soil with mostly solid Gramma turf. There is some Tabosa grass as you get closer to the creek. Rough, rocky mesas with great views surround the valley. There is a moderate scattering of Juniper and Cedar trees in the valley with more on the mesas.
There are a total of 4 wells on the property. The wells range from 50’-60’ deep with a great supply of water in them. There are multiple dirt holding tanks in addition to the Arroyo Hondo that runs directly through the middle of the ranch.
Currently, the owner has cows grazing the ranch; with a small set of keeper heifers.
Located at the headquarters is a 2015 Clayton single wide trailer house with a cedar stove, fence and a garden. At the house is a panel pen with a shop open to the south and an attached box storage. There is a small set of pens and a hay barn just down from the house.
