The Property: 

1926+/- total acres of deeded land just East of McDonald, NM. Included in the acreage is 730 acres of irrigated land.  The irrigation is supplied by 4 pivots, that are all in good working order.

Terrain & Vegetation: 

The terrain is very flat making for an operation that is easy to oversee. There are a variety of native grasses on the corners and on the non-irrigated land.
